Renovation project of part of the hotel with internal renovation of the kitchen and purchase of new equipment, redevelopment of the parking area, new anti-legionella water treatment system and new chiller system. The interventions indicated will allow to improve the quality of the accommodation offer and consequently to increase the turnover.
The new plants will be functional to the reduction of water and energy consumption, allowing an efficient use of resources.
